Client-centered approach means you are in the centre of our communication, not me, my experience or my views and values. You have all the resources to draw on and my task is to help you identify them, own them and successfully use them on your way of transformation and generally to maintain the sense of well-being.
Talking highlights get written. I believe that any oral discussion needs to get pin pointed on paper to stay and actually make an impact. This is why I send you the summary of our talks with highlights and tasks for the next time. Thus you can better reflect on the most important parts and feel the progress, structure and continuation of your inner work.
Solution-oriented is simple. We seek solutions, not speculating on the causes. We do inspect the history of the problem and make guesses on the possible instigators but we don't always know for sure and I don't find it effective to try to because in the end we need to move on and find your way to your goal with resources available at the moment.
Holistic and systemic approach means we are trying to see the big picture. All areas of your life are interconnected. This is why to fix one problem or one area we need to see how other parts of you (even on the psysical level) are doing and affecting the whole system.
Positive psychology approach means we are concentrating on the good, trying to highlight your talents, best moments and achievements. We help you find a different perspective of yourself and your life - a better and brighter one to help you believe in yourself and force the needed changes and transformation.

Thi is why in some cases we need to focus on your thinking patterns and transform them into more positive and productive ones to help you create change in your behavior, thus helping you reach your goals.

Breathing and meditation are alpha and omega of building your stress resilience. We try to incorporate some basic exercise into your daily routine on the way to trasformation and to maintain the sense of general well-being.
